SSBU: Fix bugs - Githubissues

Fixes the following

That weird issue where games wouldnt end immediately
Vistar immediately running out of overdrive PP because of percentages (bandaid fix)
Ultra Mystik persisting through transformation/ability changes
Baker's Douze Off not properly passing substitute (I don't know what went wrong in the first place, but this bandaid fix works)
Rumia's set not being shiny despite their many, many, many pleas
~nyaa having an inaccurate description (QC'd by Cake)
fixes sharp claw's rapid spin effect not working as inteded
Some other stuff that i cba to fit
