Move Random Battles files to a separate folder #10285

This moves random battles files to a separate folder, data/random-battles.

Files in the new folder are named based on their format, for example gen9-teams.ts for the Gen 9 Random Battles team generation code. To reduce unnecessary clutter I deleted random-teams.ts files for past randomized spotlights like potd.
