Refactor Day Seven to utilize only a single verison of PlayerHands #29

I'd love a more graceful approach to my Day Seven solution.

[ ] Have there only be a single PlayerHands class
[ ] Have two types of PlayerHand (JokerDeck vs. StandardDeck)
[ ] Clean up the code to determine the player hand
