[Request] New chat / thread shortcut that works across providers #274

Problem

It's a hassle to create new, fresh chats each time I want to test things in isolation side-by-side.

Proposed Solution

Would love for providers to support creating a new chat thread, so we can have the main app support this, either via a keyboard shortcut and/or a new button in the UI.

Apologies if this already exists, but I wasn't able to figure out how to get it working without creating new threads manually in each provider.
