Remove "signal-handling" category #33

Apparently "signal" is a valid category but "signal-handling" is not.

Closes #32

Hmm... https://crates.io/categories/signal says:

signal: Category not found

Weird; it was a category for the signal-hook crate so I thought it must've been valid. Oh well, I'll just remove it.
