copy & paste shortcut keys broken in xml view. #111

copy & paste shortcut keys broken in xml view. this is caused by action
hotkeys overriding default key handling for xml editor. Presumably this
will also cause an issue with scratch and console editing views?

Need to revise key handling to allow these editors to work as before.
