floatable/dockable toolwindows for treeview, object inspector and preview
panes. Will need to use IDockManager rendering code from JVCL components,
as the default hatching technique is extremely slow when running under Vista.

This would be overkill as it requires reimplementing each dockable section of 
the
form in a new form instance. Instead added a preference setting for vertical or
horizontal layout in mediate designer v0.0.33
