Need to add a DVD bookmarking feature. This should use current DVD id,
title, chapter and position (time) to generate a unique name and persist
DVD state COM object.
Add features to UI for saving a bookmark, listing available bookmarks and
jumping to stored bookmark.
Add special case bookmark for start – if this exists when we start to play
a DVD then jump to this bookmark to skip over introductory copyright
notices. Make this optional behaviour in system configuration screens.
