Media paths are hardcoded in English #143

The virtual media paths used to browse the media database by artist, genre,
album etc. use hardcoded English strings. These should be able to be
defined for a specific language in the theme language descriptors.

Partial implementation of translating these exists, but does not cope yet
with sub-directory names, and does not yet lookup alternate translations.

Default radio station names and genres are also hardcoded as "Preset" and 
"General",
so these will need to be translated using the theme too.
