Need the ability to host plugins on the website and allow them to be
downloaded and integrated with mediate.
As a starting point, we need a /plugins entry point on the site which
includes installers for the currently available plugins. This could be a
holding page for now with details of forthcoming plugins.
Note there is already a link to this page from the mediate configuration
dialog / plugins page which is obviously currently broken.
