video & audio bookmarks

Add support for video and audio bookmarks. Persist these in metadata SQLite
database.

add bookmarks option to now playing osd – bookmarks menu has "new
bookmark", list of stored bookmarks and "close" options.

when playing a media item we check bookmarks exist and prompt to resume or
play from start – but only if this is first item in playlist. Don’t
implement check for a playlist – always start from beginning.

Auto bookmark addition when we stop playback (but not on skip or new
selection), if we are more than 30 seconds into file. So, we can play a
film for a while. stop. restart mediate, select film to play and are
prompted to resume from same point.

This would be very useful for the HTPC version of mediate, so we'll work on it 
soon
