Losing focus on startup #164

If mediate is configured to run fullscreen, but another trayapp steals
focus from mediate when it launches user has to intervene with mouse to
restore mediate fullscreen view.

Add a feature to mediate to prevent loss of focus during early startup –
say 5 seconds or so? is there a more elegant way of achieving this?

could we keep focus until the first keypress?
