Support modifier keys for keybindings #167

Currently only unmodified keys (no shift, control, alt) are supported. Add
modifier combinations for mediate so that we can support a wider variety of
integration methods including system wide hot keys.

Would also be nice to add support for mixed case in console (and tab key!)

Console now has support for mixed case and tab key, but has not yet implemented 
command completion.
