The VIProductVersion does not automatically get updated #168

The VIProductVersion does not automatically get updated in the NSIS script.
It currently needs to be manually changed.

Note: This is the version information for the setup executable itself and
not the main mediate executables.

New Inno Setup script extracts installer version number from the mediate 
executable.
