installer build process needs to be automated #174

Need to vastly improve or ideally automate the build process for producing
the mediate installer so that new builds can be made publicly available
more readily.

Need to decide also how these will be distributed - via mediateice.com, or
through google code and how we distinguish alpha, beta and release quality
builds.

Installer script using NAnt and Inno Setup has now been added. These can now be 
produced on a regular basis 
and uploaded to either site.
