shape clipping not adjusting to container resize #176

shape clipping is not recalculated / rendered when adjusting container
dimensions in designer.

Shape clipping and fills are now completely broken by last commit in mediate 
designer
0.0.33 to change to DirectX rendering rather than cached GDI. Later we can add
support for using containers as a render target, and implement shading and 
clipping then.

container clipping property produces some odd results... check implementation 
of this.
May be worth unpublishing this property so it does not appear in designer for 
now
