online album art search feature #183

Consider adding support for online album art search / import. Need to
identify a suitable source for these without breaking site TOC's. This
could include DVD covers too.

Implemented in mmm v1.0.13 - uses Amazon web service to download cover images 
(music
only, but DVD could be added very easily later).
