synchronisation feature for mediate install and media files

Add synchronisation feature (use new tab in settings form) - when a usb
drive is inserted offer to copy mediate exe's, theme and media to local
hard drive. Need mediate, music, video and pictures sync folders - from &
to. Maybe destination could be a media folder we've already defined.

mediate destination shouldn't be required - just default to program files
install folder. Source files should have some sensible default mapping e.g.
mediate\ music\ pictures\ video\

Will probably need to add detection for inserted media devices (use
autoplay API for this).

Would be nice for the syncing to take place in the background and make use
of the DirectX gui so that mediate can still be used in the meantime. Also
would be nice to prompt for re-parsing the media db after completing the
import (if music files added) - either rebuild or if it's easy enough we
could just update the db with the new files imported. Maybe this feature
could be built into mmm? Maybe not since the media import for that should
really be done inside the mediate DirectX ui too.
