seurat_obj <- ModuleEigengenes( seurat_obj, group.by.vars='orig.ident' ) Error in !CheckWGCNAName(seurat_obj, wgcna_name) : invalid argument type

I wonder if there is a grammar error beacuse when I test CheckWGCNAName(seurat_obj, "Mouse_DM_Ctrl_epc") No error message but

!CheckWGCNAName(seurat_obj, "Mouse_DM_Ctrl_epc") Error in !CheckWGCNAName(seurat_obj, "Mouse_DM_Ctrl_epc") : invalid argument type

I appreciate your response. I have reinstalled the package and successfully resolved the issue.

I just uninstalled the hdWGCNA package and reinstall from github source then it works,hope these contents can help you.
