Adjusted npcs to 15 #249

I've adjusted the number of PCs in the ComputeModuleEigengene to 15, in order to accomodate smaller sample sizes.

Furthermore, please consult this page for the contribution guide. For very small issues that can be solved in a few lines of code please just submit an issue rather than a PR.
