Hi! I'm getting this on the console on every single site, even if it does not have a form on it.

Chrome - Linux Version 65.0.3325.51 (Official Build) dev (64-bit)

Any ideas? I did not have those yesterday, maybe an update break something.

i've seen this error before too, i'm not sure if it's anything serious. i'll try and look into it further.
