Support new placeholder {TIMEOTP} for TOTP #70

Keepass 2.47 have a new placeholder named {TIMEOTP} for TOTP values. Is it possible to update keepassnatmsg to return this value in a way that KeePassXC-Browser does understand it? I currently always get the message: "Warning: No TOTP found".
