the command erro in vscode #139

the command "from EQTransformer.core.mseed_predictor import mseed_predictor" in vscode, print errro"ERROR:root:Internal Python error in the inspect module. Below is the traceback from this internal error." But the command can normally excute in terminal.

@dh4931 are you trying it on a windows machine?
