Haven't seen any new commits in a long time.

It's been a while but @smpallen99 is looking to create a Coherence core team: https://elixirforum.com/t/looking-to-create-exadmin-coherence-core-teams/10641

Devalo commented 5 years ago

yeah, 3-4 months ago. Cant see any sign of life after that.

augnustin commented 5 years ago

Apparently author moved out: https://github.com/smpallen99/coherence/issues/409#issuecomment-479976229

owenstrevor commented 5 years ago

@augnustin that's not the author, fyi

manuel-rubio commented 4 years ago

It has movement. The last commit in the master branch was 10 days ago and the other project referred in #409 isn't so complete like Coherence, if you try to go into that, you could miss a lot of functionalities.

augnustin commented 4 years ago

@manuel-rubio indeed interesting. Though no life sign in any issue, this might just be a personal hotfix for a specific need.

the other project referred in #409 isn't so complete

You are correct, I just moved out of coherence in favor of pow, and it has been quite painful, with several features lacking, hence I had to open multiple issues: https://github.com/danschultzer/pow/issues?utf8=%E2%9C%93&q=is%3Aissue+author%3Aaugnustin+

The most important one has been : https://github.com/danschultzer/pow/issues/428 if you use coherence's :allow_unauthenticated_access option.

I must say this feels better to use Ecto 3.0 though, and pow author is very reactive, which changes a lot.

maybe at the point that phx.gen.auth is integrated with Phoenix, this kind of project makes no sense any more.
