Audio file background suddenly turns green

Describe the bug A clear and concise description of what the bug is.

To Reproduce Unknown exactly. I was playing playing an audio file, which had a single image as the background. I paused and unpaused the play, and also sometimes stopped it and resumed it. (See further #18.) After one unpause, the background went green - see screenshot

Expected behavior The image shown originally should continue to show.

SMPlayer version: 21.1.0
OS: Windows 10
Multimedia engine you're using with SMPlayer (preferences -> general): [ ] MPlayer [X ] MPV

Logs Both logs are empty.

Additional context

The file I was playing is downloadable from here.
Despite my Github name, this is a problem when using SmPlayer on Windows.

This problem could owe to my video card, which was playing up (though that seems to be unlikely to cause #18). So, closing this the present issue report, for the present at least.
