"Find Subtitles" doesn't work

Describe the bug when I search for subtitles in "Find Subtitles" it shows the following error message: Login to opensubtitles.org has failed

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to 'Find Subtitles at opensubtitles.org'
2. Click on 'search or refresh'

• SMPlayer version: Version: 22.7.0 (revision 10091)
• OS: [EndeavourOS (Arch based)]
• Multimedia engine you're using with SMPlayer (preferences -> general): [ ] MPlayer [x] MPV

You need to enter your opensubtitles.org credentials in the options.

Sorry I didn't know that I need to use my credentials because I used to download subtitles without using it.
