Describe the bug 7Z包smplayer.ini覆盖问题

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. 下载7Z包
2. 解压覆盖
3. SMPLAYER还原设置
4. See error

Expected behavior 默认设置代码内置，判断是否有ini再生成 如果有ini，读取后向下兼容生成

• Multimedia engine you're using with SMPlayer (preferences -> general): [ ] MPlayer [ ] MPV
