Song metadata doesn't update in Media player widget on KDE

Describe the bug The metadata in the Media player widget in KDE does not update when playing a radio stream (url)

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Play online radio station
2. Wait for next song to play, see metadata not update in widget

Expected behavior Metadata should update in Widget

• OS: Arch linux (6.7.6-zen1-1-zen)
• Multimedia engine you're using with SMPlayer (preferences -> general): mpv

my guess is, that its not pushing updated metadata as like a desktop notification, because it is 1 continous stream. On individual mp3 files enqueued in smplayer, it updates the metadata when the next mp3 gets played, but not on a online stream.
