Subtitles - Download failed: Protocol "" is unknown.

Describe the bug I recently updated SMPlayer to v23.12.0 because of the support for the new REST API at opensubtitles.com. I was able to download about 6 subtitles for different files. Now, upon trying to download subtitles, an error dialog pops up with the message: Download failed: Protocol "" is unknown. This happens regardless of the subtitle chosen or even the video file. I even tried on the first ones again, which had worked before, and now it shows the same error.

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Subtitles
2. Click on Download Subtitles from opensubtitles.com
3. Double-click any option
4. See error

Expected behavior Subtitle should be downloaded and saved.

I believe this issue was resolved in this thread. Upgrade smplayer to any build after Jan 4, it will resolve your issue.
