Title bar not affected by dark theme #942

This bug appears just as per the mpv bug documented here, i.e., the dark theme does not affect the title bar under Windows as per bellow screenshot. The same may be true for Linux as well, but I will need to confirm this.

Note that, as per above ticket, the issue was resolved in mpv, perhaps a similar resolution can be utilised by SMPlayer.

My Enviroment SMPlayer Windows Store version Version: 23.12.0 (revision 10227) (64-bit) Development version Using Qt 5.15.2 (compiled with Qt 5.15.2) Using MPlayer SVN r38407

Windows Microsoft Windows 11 Pro Version 10.0.22631 Build 22631

Affects both MPlayer and mvp multimedia engines.

The title bar is handled by the window manager, not smplayer. I think I can't do anything about it.
