Able to change language interface #12

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I have a Japanese windows system, therefore the interface is in Japanese too, but I cannot find a way to change the language.

Describe the solution you'd like Be able to select the language, especially English in my case.

It's possible to change it with the -lang option: smtube -lang en changes to English.
