Describe the bug all invidious instances open only with arab as language setting
To Reproduce set any invidious instance from settings (eg yewtu.be) reload the window the page will be in arabic attempting to go to the invidious settings page and change this will nto be saved
Expected behavior either the site should default to the default language of smplayer (the OS default language) or changes should persist when this is altered in invidious settings

Additional context the arab language option is the 1st language option on the site's list, as the languages are listed alphabetically, so smtube may simply be loading the 1st option, tho on other web browsers or youtube searchers, invidious instances do default to the system language
