Empty page / nonfunctional link

Hi, I wanted to use the tool in its link-based form. The link only works half of the time. On some computers the page opens but no text is displayed. The page simply remains blank. This seems to be specific to each computer, either it always works on one device or not at all on another. I couldn't figure a solution - What could that be about?
