Dutch translation files Carrington Blog 2.0

Hi Alex,

I've just finished translating Carrington Blog 2.0 to Dutch (nl_NL).
As usual, I've tried to translate as organic as possible. The translation
is currently being used on http://jeugdsentimenten.net/ - a Dutch site
dealing with childhood memories about the 60's, 70's and 80's.

Thanks again for a wonderful theme/framework. I love it!
