Per-pattern background colors in assessment are no longer set #16

Use similar colors to the vote meter.

Fixed this by defining a mapping of values stored in the passessment.assessment field to the CSS classes used to set the background colors. Those values are currently from the set NULL, 0, 1 and the corresponding classes are 'neutral', 'out', 'in' - future projects that support a larger code space aren't supported without defining additional classes.
