Thanks to some work I did in Home Assistant yesterday (https://github.com/home-assistant/home-assistant/pull/6481) we can now add some much wanted new features to this project!

This PR adds the following:

Real MQTT discovery support
JSON support which adds the following features
- Fade/transitions
- Flashing

Still want to add some effects like colorloop.

@mertenats @DanGunvald Do either of you have a device with the original firmware on it? Trying to get a video of the effect options that were built into the remotes. More info here.

0.40 is out now, so let's release this!
