German translation #1

In some cases the translation depends on the usage case. I'll test once it is implemented.

Btw, few strings were missing from your translation. I marked with bold (**) for you. The other parts should not be modified.

**Sign up for ThingSpeak** **if you don\'t have account yet**
• **Sign in to ThingSpeak**
• **Create a new Channel by selecting Channels, My Channels, and then New Channel**
• **Fill Channel ID and the write key (from the API Keys menu of the channel) in the device settings menu**
• **Set the field numbers in the app you would like (eg. 1 for temperature, 2 for humidity, 3 for battery values)**
• **Enable the fields reporting and the main ThingSpeak reporting**
• **You\'re finished can access the values anywhere in the world (on ThingSpeak homepage, in ThingSpeak apps)** ]]>
