Buildmaster expects to upload to ~mikeleib/public_html

Buildmaster reports urls as there, too

need new dir and apache needs to serve it out

this effectively requires a new apache so that it proxies correctly and a new 
url
schema.  This is going to be a PITA.

new apache is in place.  url is install_sets, and should be serving now.  Upload
remains to be seen.

As long as the file install_set.zip is created in the workdir by the bundle 
script, then the upload should work. See 
issue 11 for more information on making the bundle script cross-platform.

I have made a symlink to the correct folder, so that the uploaded files are 
actually served properly.
