realtime status for newget #26

I thought I had this one fixed, but it doesn't seem so.

Either get the buildstep to track stderr in realtime (I thought I did this)
or make logger in cws_get write to stdout.

seems to be working fine with my test bot at http://140.211.166.227:8086/
