I have tried a few Fixes scattered about the Issues here but nothing seems to help with this one

I have the same issue, also in VS2015. I also tried pretty much every fix I could google my way to, no luck.

I keep getting this error and cant scaffold Invoke-Scaffolder : A positional parameter cannot be found that accepts argument 'UserMailer'. already try to uninstall and install mvcscaffolding, t4scaffold and mvc mailer any advise about how to fix this or implement mvcmailer in mvc 5 visualstudio 2015?
