Add feature to change star rating icon #96

icon is located under /Applications/MobileMusicPlayer.app/star_filled.png

attached is one that i made that you may include in any image set you'd 
like and also atttached is the stock one.

added to customize beta addons.  Add http://ride4.org/shai.xml to your installer
source, download the beta addons and you'll have the ipod stars switcher!

attached is 4 "stars" I made
