Version the scripts and templates #79

There is no version information about templates.  I am thinking it would be
a good idea to embed the version into the PHP file and the template
definitions, and put the combined result into the template as a GPRINT or
something else really harmless.

Then there could be a defined upgrade process: check your GPRINT to find
out what's installed, check documentation and see what steps to take to
upgrade.

I added a version to the ss_get_mysql_stats.php in r231.

This is done in r246 and r247.  Now there is a GPRINT that records the template
version and script version against which the template was generated.
