Create lighty graphs #94

Add graphs for lighty (lighttpd).  This may require adding something like

$HTTP["remoteip"] == "192.168.0.4" {
        status.status-url = "/server-status"
}

to '/etc/lighttpd/incl-monitoring.conf'.
