Currently any account admin can see the Grading Analytics… and all faculty are some kind of account admin as dept. members or faculty.

The, as-yet-unpushed, ReflexCanvasLTI project should address this. It works on implementing Role-Based Access Control (RBAC) into the heart of the LTI Tool Provider object itself.
