9 years ago - call genepainter with fuzzy-introns option (fixed value, 3,5,6?)
- text-based representation: add checkbox "Merge intron positions within value base pairs)
- text-based representation: replace pattern (similar to "show intron phases") -> need to replace merged also, and update all colors!!! -> maybe better to just add an additional "merged" pattern and highlight which introns would be merged
- graphical representation: additional "merged" pattern, with fuzzy introns merged (both standard and reduced )
- statistics: additional row in 2. table: "merged with intron"
