In that case, the text-based representation looks strange:

"Merged" Name and merged pattern are not aligned
~~merged pattern: color is black (but should be dark red as each intron occurs in 100% of all genes)~~
~~"Highlight introns with at least" highlights only for threshold >50%. Maybe you count the merged pattern, too? That would be wrong. Only the "real" patterns, from GenePainter-Output count.~~

I'll fix the issue where the "merged" text doesn't align with the pattern then look into the calculation.

I fixed the coloring-part of the issue: Now, introns occurring in 100% or all genes are colored in red.
