.gitmodules: Add missing .git to circle-newlib URL #19

Does this fix an actual problem or is this a cosmetic change? I did not yet hear that anyone had a problem to clone the submodule.

Not sure, having a mysterious problem with the TIC-80 clone failing sometimes (in batocera.linux) but whether this has anything to do with that or not I do not know

Well, thank you then for the pull request, but unless there's an actual problem I don't think it's worth to make that change.
