By defining JENT_MAJVERSION, JENT_MINVERSION, JENT_PATCHLEVEL, and JENT_VERSION in jitterentropy.h as preprocessor macros, we facilitate the implementation of backwards-compatible code that targets multiple jitterentropy-library versions.
