Minor changes to get the mod running on u5

• Bumped version number to 0.4.4
• Removed patched Hologram source file and replaced with AccessTransformers.ini
• Moved logging a bit and added a fix for a linker issue
• Added some missing std imports
• Fixed an issue with private class member access
