Working Plan for providers not working

The time schedule/working plan is not working for providers as defined to 
respective providers.

By default "15 min" time slots are defined and time starts from 9am to 6pm.

I got confused by this also, even when you change the provider time, you still 
see the available slots in blocks of 15 mins.  If you schedule something, for 
example at 10:00 and have a 30 min slot, then you will not see the 10:00 or the 
10:15 slot any more.

You can't see the 10:00 and 10:15 time slots because they are occupied by the 
appointment, that's how E!A works. As far as the providers you can always set 
unique working plans to each one of them or set the general working plan of 
your company.
